Bender F.R.C. System
The Bender Fiberglass Reinforced Coating System is an excellent wall and ceiling lining over drywall, plaster and block surfaces where a seamless hygiene surface is required. This system is resistant to moisture and cleaning chemicals. Bender F.R.C. System is an alternative to a wall panel system where the is a cavity between the parent wall surface and the finished wall surface.

Polyurethane Overlayment
Polyurethane Overlaments are polyurethane-cenentitious mortars typically applied at 1/4" to 3/8". These systems are around 40% more epensive than epoxy mortars but offer excellent chemical resistance, higher operating temperatures (typically sub-zero to 250 degree fahrenheit) and can handle thermal shock. The expected life of a Polyurethane Overlayments are around twice that of epoxies.

Epoxy Coating System
Epoxy coatings are typically applied by squeegee and roller at thicknesses of 10 to 20 mils.

Urethane Coating System
Urethane coatings are one or two component polyurethane coatings applied by roller at thicknesses of 6 to 8 mils. Superior urethane coating systems, such as WearGaurd HTS incorporate ceramic bead and aluminum oxide powders that provide excellent abrasion resistance. They are typically 6 times better than epoxy coatings.

Epoxy Overlayment
Epoxy Overlayments consist of an epoxy mortar screeded and trowel finished at nominal thichnesses of 3/16" to 2"; thicker application is possible for deeper concrete restoration, using courser aggregate. These systems are economical and offer good chemical resistance to alkali and acids, and are suitable for operating temperatures up to 140 degrees fahrenheit.
