Case History details:
Cheese Plant - Form Wash Area

Before

Blastrac concrete to clean and roughen substrate and then trowel epoxy surfacer sloping to drains

After
The existing tiles were lifting and cracking due to daily chemical wash downs and heavy traffic. The Floor was not properly sloped to the drains, making cleanup difficult. To solve this problem we prepared the surface by removing the tiles, chasing all of the doorways and drain terminations and Blastracing the entire floor. We then trowelled epoxy/silica floor resurfacer. We applied two (2) grout coats of epoxy, tile red, incorporating #56 silica for a non-slip finish.
