The existing floor surface was corroded and cracked (exposed concrete) due to daily chemical sanitation and traffic. The floor was not properly sloped to drains, making cleanup difficult and it caused standing water issues. As a solution to these problems we modified th drain elevations and installed new traps. We prepared the surface, and applied Master Builders Corocrete F/T trowelled epoxy surfacer, to slope the floors to the drains. We then top coated Caphard HPC grey epoxy, non-slip finish. |
