The existing floor surface was corroded and cracked, due to daily chemical sanitation. The floor was resurfaced with an epoxy mortar system. First the existing floor surface was prepared. Then a 6" wide by 1/4" deep key on open termination was created. Once the floor was completely prepared an epoxy primer was applied and then a resin rich epoxy flooring system was trowelled. |
