The existing concrete floor was badly pitted. To prep the floor we blastraced(shotblasted) the concrete floor: dustless grind perimeter wall, up to 4". Cut 1/2" keys at all terminations (along walls, at doorways, at drains). Then we trowelled 4" high coves, using UCRETE WR (red). The we trowelled the floor surface using UCRETE HF (red), 3/8" thickness; one step application, steam reisitant and high impact traffic resistant. |
