| Peeling, stained and cracked paint, causing a non-hygiene condition. A Bednder F.R.C. System was installed. This is a non-staining and non-yellowing system that is approved by C.F.I.A. |
Food and Beverages/ Epoxy Mortar
| The existing floor surface was corroded and cracked (exposed concrete) due to daily chemical sanitation and traffic. The floor was not properly sloped to the drains, making cleanup difficult and it also caused standing water issues. The elevations of the drains were modified and new traps were installed. The floor was then resurfaced with an epoxy surfacer with a non-slip finish and properly sloped to the drains. |
